alfanar Electric has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Al Ghurair Motors’ Arabian Frontier and Arabian Heritage Motors during the Riyadh Motor Show, held from 9–13 December 2025 at The Kingdom Arena. The MoU covers the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and aims to accelerate the transition toward clean energy and smart mobility nationwide.

The two parties were represented in the MoU Signing ceremony by Mr. Simon Ackers, Executive Vice President & Managing Director of Arabian Heritage Motors and Arabian Frontier (Al Ghurair Motors) and Eng. Abdulmuain Al Soufi, EV Chargers Manager at alfanar Electric.

Under the MoU, Arabian Frontier and Arabian Heritage Motors will collaborate with alfanar to develop and deploy reliable electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions that support a seamless ownership experience for customers of premium new energy vehicle brands, including EXEED, EXLANTIX, MHero, and Voyah. The partnership is designed to support Saudi Arabia’s ambitions for a low-carbon future by enabling a robust and scalable EV charging ecosystem aligned with the Kingdom’s growing EV adoption.

By combining Al Ghurair Motors’ automotive expertise with alfanar’s advanced technology and infrastructure capabilities, the two parties aim to set a new benchmark for integrated EV solutions in Saudi Arabia. The collaboration supports the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 by promoting sustainable transportation, advancing clean energy initiatives, and reinforcing the Kingdom’s leadership in premium electric mobility.
