By 2021–2022, the company took a decisive step by engaging directly with real estate developers, gaining hands-on insight into the full ecosystem — from infrastructure requirements to user experience expectations. This move elevated alfanar’s role from a traditional supplier to a strategic enabler of modern real estate, creating smart solutions tailored to today’s market needs.
The culmination of these efforts is the development of the alfanar SMART platform — a unified IoT-driven solution designed entirely in Saudi Arabia and built to serve smart homes and buildings across The Kingdom, the GCC, and beyond. The platform integrates automation, energy management, security, and digital services into a scalable architecture that aligns with national transformation goals such as Saudi Vision 2030, while addressing the evolving demands of modern urban living. Through this initiative, alfanar aims to deliver enhanced comfort, control, and sustainability to residential and commercial users alike.
