NEOM initiated a fast-track program to build residential construction villages across multiple zones. Designed as fully integrated, self-sustained communities, these villages offer high-quality accommodation, dining, recreation, utilities, and essential services. Built at pace and scale, they set a new benchmark for workforce housing and play a critical role in enabling NEOM’s long-term operational success.
